HW Dean & Son is an independent full service firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in property management, corporate real estate, commercial agency, professional services and rural land agency. Geographical Coverage

From our office in Cambridge we operate across southern England for domestic advisory services. However we have experience in Corporate Real Estate operating across Asia Pacific, Australasia, Europe, Middle East and Africa. For this reason we are able to undertake occupier solutions and portfolio management across the globe by utilising our best in class approach and far reaching contacts.

Proven Experience

The original firm of HW Dean was established in March 1949 and primarily provided rural land agency services across southern England. However today HW Dean’s grandson Anthony adds a variety of commercial services not previously available. On the commercial side we’ve advised some of the world’s largest companies and on the residential side we’ve acted for some of the country’s most prestigious families.
