Rent Reviews/Renewals

We can act on behalf of tenants or landlords in relations to rent reviews and lease renewals drawing on our market knowledge we’re in a great position to negotiate on your behalf.


We offer a % of savings service. More often than not an occupier will blindly pay their rates without questioning whether they are at the right level. Our knowledge of rates payable means we can judge quickly whether we feel a saving is even possible and then undertake the negotiations on your behalf to achieve a saving. In this economic climate why would you not take another look at the rates you pay?


With a strong command of the planning process and regulations we are ideally placed to represent you in your planning matters, including disputes. If you are considering a small scale extension or development we have a process that draws on the skills of a draftsman rather than the expense of an architect to gain planning permission.

Boundary Disputes

We are not arbitrators; however we are available to represent you in a boundary dispute. We use laser measuring devises and GPS to mark boundaries to avoid any shadow of a doubt. We are also available to offer an independent informal resolution process on both parties agreement, which you may find more desirable than formal methods of settling disputes.

Party Wall

Once again our use of laser measuring devices and GPS allow us to solve party wall disputes together with our grasp of property regulations. Working with your legal advisor we can determine legal interpretation on the ground to solve any dispute or indeed potential dispute.

Compulsory Purchase Orders

We are well versed in the process of CPO’s and have represented landlords with regards to various CPO matters including the prestigious Grand Arcade in Cambridge. We have successfully secured our clients with significant compensation that is fair and reasonable.


We use laser measuring devices and GPS to ensure accuracy, whilst operating along the guidelines as marked out in the RICS Code of Measuring practice. This is a service included in other instructions such as Tenant Representation; however we also provide independent measuring services on their own.

Plans & Drafts

We have the capability to provide plans and drafts in-house on paper or electronically on CAD (Computer Aided Design). This is something that our clients enjoy as an inexpensive option for obtaining planning permission rather than instructing a qualified architect.


Primarily operating in the commercial sector we can provide independent valuations for loan security, book and other purposes. Our valuation method and process as prescribed by the RICS Red Book results in a clear and transparent report covering elements such as future developments, transport links and services.
